This chair mat is designed for long-term protection of hard flooring from damage caused by caster-based office chairs, making it suitable for vinyl, hardwood, laminate, stone, tile, and concrete flooring. It also offers durable protection from stains, dirt, spills, and foot wear, with clear vinyl allowing hard floors to show through for maximum visual effect. An extended extra-wide lip design provides additional floor protection under the desk top.

With its tough and durable construction, lightly textured top surface for ergonomic chair glide control, and being free of harmful DIDP phthalates and other substances, this chair mat is suitable for use in the home or office. It also contains up to 20% recycled material and has a smooth back designed for hard floor use. Upon arrival, the mat is in a rolled format, and it's important to read the instructions included to ensure effective unrolling and the best results in flattening the mat, which can take up to 72 hours depending on room temperature.
