Please note that due to the manufacturing process, there may be a +/- 5% size tolerance, and all measurements are rounded to the nearest inch. These mats have a gripper back for use on standard pile carpets up to 3/8" thick, including carpet pad, but are not suitable for hardwood or hard floor applications. The dimensions of the mat, including the lip, are 45" x 53" (with a lip size of 25" x 12").
